Our Free plan is for personal use only. This means that companies and organizations (even non-profits) must subscribe to the Starter or Business plan to use the service legally.

Creating an account is only required for paid plans. If you're just looking to share a 360° photo with friends or family, you can upload your image directly here — no registration needed.

We don’t limit the number of images or virtual tours you can upload.

However, we do set a monthly bandwidth quota to ensure fast loading of your 360° content.

Bandwidth represents the amount of data we deliver from our servers each month. Your quota resets monthly, and you can easily monitor it from your Dashboard.

The Amateur plan also grants access to the Dashboard, where you can easily manage, organize, and group your images into Collections, plus much more.

The Business plan includes everything from the Starter plan, with even more customization options.

While Starter uses a Panoraven.com URL, Business lets you personalize your tours with your own domain name (e.g., your-company.com) and a unique logo for each virtual tour.

It also provides a monthly bandwidth quota three times larger than the Starter plan, ideal for medium and large companies with significant web traffic.

Plus, Business plan users benefit from team collaboration, allowing multiple users to co-create, edit, and manage virtual tours together.

Panoraven optimizes your images so they load as fast as possible on your website. We proudly offer the fastest 360° player on the market, enhanced with AI technology for improved image quality.

Your privacy matters to us. If you’re using the Free plan, we permanently delete images from our servers if they haven’t been viewed for 90 consecutive days. Want to delete them earlier? Simply use the edit link provided upon download.

If you’re a Pro user, your images remain securely stored as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, we retain your images for 120 days, after which we permanently delete them, ensuring total confidentiality.

You can easily cancel your subscription renewal anytime from your account settings. This ensures you won’t be charged again, and you'll keep full access until the end of your current billing cycle.

Since commercial usage requires an active subscription, your virtual tours will become hidden only after your subscription fully expires. But don't worry—we’ll safely store your tours for 6 months.
